REFUND, EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

We are committed to ensuring your shopping experience at Pulse at Pink is as seamless and enjoyable as possible. Please review the following terms and conditions before making a purchase. By making a purchase, you acknowledge, understand, and agree to adhere to these terms and conditions:

1. Products that are on sale, discounted, or purchased with a coupon or gift voucher are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges. Please carefully review the size chart for sale products.

2. If a product arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours to initiate the cancellation or return process. We require a box opening video and photo for processing.

3. Made-to-order items (such as Lehengas & Sarees) cannot be returned, canceled, or exchanged.

4. No exchanges or returns for Lehengas, Sarees categories.

Returns & Exchanges

Exchange Policy:

As a policy, we do not provide refunds or returns once a product is sold. However, Pulse at Pink allows exchanges for a different size, provided the product meets the conditions outlined below. Customers will receive a credit note if the desired size is unavailable.

Conditions for Exchange:

· Exchange must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

· The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all labels and tags intact, in its original packaging.

· Only one exchange is permitted per order.

Exchange Process:

· Contact us at orders@pulseatpink.com within 48 hours of delivery for size exchange requests.

· Once acknowledged, send the product back to us. We do not currently offer reverse pickup.

· Include your name, address, contact details, email, and order ID with the returned parcel, specifying the desired size.

· The cost of shipping to and from Pulse at Pink is borne by the customer and is non-refundable.

· Store credit equivalent to the exchanged product value, minus shipping costs, will be issued with a validity of 30 days from issuance.

Cancellation Policy:

· Prepaid orders cannot be canceled.

· Cash on Delivery orders can be canceled within 24 hours by contacting us at +91 95608 03739 or pulseatpink@gmail.com.

· In case of cancellation after the product has been shipped, courier charges and bank transaction fees will be deducted from the refund.

Note: Please do not dispute Pulse at Pink's decisions regarding cancellations.

Additional Information:

· International orders are shipped worldwide with free shipping.

· Customs duties and taxes are levied based on the delivery country's regulations.

· International orders are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or cancellations.
